Yummy can = Healthy

Trying to eat a little healthier so that my husband will, he is a young, active man with diabetes… trying to get back to the simple basics… and you know what?… it’s not that hard, there are so many sugar free deserts that are so good you can’t even tell that they are. I’m sure in the long run, we will feel much better because of it :)

  1. Strawberries in jello with cool whip
  2. Blueberries sprinkled on top of the strawberry mix
  3. Bananas in my oatmeal
  4. Baby spinach salads with Parmesan cheese :)
  5. Apples with peanut butter
  6. Orange juice
  7. Pears… oh delicious pears.
  8. Wheat bread toasted with preserves… mmmm
  9. Water… and flavoring for that water.
  10. Coffee… still love my coffee
