After being ill most of last week, feeling a bit better and being motivated to better my body.  Look out new gym, here I come!!

Wearing my “Complaint Free World” bracelet and moving it when I complain….it helps me to complain less.  And in that making all relationships around me better!!!  WOOOO HOOOO!!!  :)

The beauty of this world and all that is in it, people, animals, plants, art, buildings, etc. etc..
