Big Emotional Gratitude

1. Working with big emotions
2. Giving them space
3. And a voice (too often I think I shouldn’t say anything, but it’s important to get them out, at least on paper)
4. Then, being able to see them objectively
5. And smiling, because they’re not so big when they’re outside (like something in your teeth feels really big until you get it out)
6. Lightness
7. Gratitude
8. Guidance
9. Doing the best I can
