10.  A philosophy of gratitude makes me grateful for all the blessings of the past, the present, and the amazing possibilities of the future.

Good List Daily and We Love Gratitude have helped me cultivate gratitude as a way of life, so I can walk through changes like this with a much more positive and grateful attitude!  Thank you, Belle!

By Byron Katie, via Tera Warner: “Everything is a gift. Look around the room you are sitting in
and focus on an object. It helps you to drop your story. Get
still with the object/item. Begin to notice or identify ways
the object supports you. You will find gratitude in it. There is
nothing in this world that does not happen for you. Life gets
better when you are more interested instead of trying to be more
interesting and getting the approval of others.”

Sending prayers to all affected by and in the path of hurricane Irene…

Speechless

I’m grateful to be back .

It’s been such a crazy summer and I love that it is cooler

Grateful that the car accident did over $4000 damage to the car and none to me.

Grateful the other driver had insurance.

Grateful for the time with my grand daughter. It was not what I thought it would be but it was treasured nonetheless

Grateful that the human spirit is resilient and I know the tools to fight depression.

Grateful for simple foods to eat ,though boring ,they let my gut rest and heal.

The power of rest and relaxation.

I am absolutely speechless when I think of all the people I’ve been praying for.

I am in awe that how God has led me through the dark valley.
