Thank you, Rose! Here is a happy synchronicity: yesterday before the speech a Facebook friend sent a supportive greeting with a red rose picture, then after the speech the petite red rose plant was literally placed in my hands…. I just love those syncs!

Just the title of your gratitude list was exactly what I needed today! I took a photo of a church sign that said — “Keep Moving”, and I was thinking of that this morning. Thank you for your list. In our Zentangle challenge one week, there was a phrase — “Spiral Out – Keep Going!” Hooray!
