- Good night’s sleep. I woke up warm in bed.
- Cool out this morning and furnace went on for a bit. Now I turned the thermostat down.
- Going to church and also working the coffee bar at church.
- Quiet in the house.
- Three days of work and then out of town a few days. Looking forward to it.
- Energy drinks and good coffee.
- The feeling of renewal coming up.
- My dog and cat. They can make mornings interesting.
- My son. He was off to work before I got out of bed. Grateful for him having a job.

- Sobriety and not smoking another day.
- We don’t have snow….yet. Other outlying areas have gotten it
- My knee hurts a little this morning. At least I can feel. I know a couple of people at work who are in wheelchairs and not that lucky.
- God woke me up today. AWESOME!
