Sunday

  • Good night’s sleep.  I woke up warm in bed.
  • Cool out this morning and furnace went on for a bit.  Now I turned the thermostat down.
  • Going to church and also working the coffee bar at church.
  • Quiet in the house.
  • Three days of work and then out of town a few days.  Looking forward to it.
  • Energy drinks and good coffee.
  • The feeling of renewal coming up.
  • My dog and cat.  They can make mornings interesting.
  • My son.  He was off to work before I got out of bed.  Grateful for him having a job.
  • My family.
  • Friends.
  • God.
  • Sobriety and not smoking another day.
  • We don’t have snow….yet.  Other outlying areas have gotten it
  • My knee hurts a little this morning.  At least I can feel.  I know a couple of people at work who are in wheelchairs and not that lucky.
  • God woke me up today.  AWESOME!

  1. You were woke up and accept the challenge of the day. Can’t believe it’s cold up there. We ran air conditioners all weekend.
