No golf today Thursday

1.  so amazed at the wise members who post here.  I am always uplifted and feel lighter and brighter after reading the messages.  Thank you, thank you

2.  Forgoing golf tonight but we meet a friend for conversation;  we both have sons around the same age;  it is healthy to get together and share

3.  Feeling positive today, more activity, with a light heart

4.  After reading Garrett’s post about improving the workplace, and the importance of communicating, I called my boss with a few questions – first response:  “Yeah, Rose”;  the conversation did improve.   The point being, openness, communication, listening, not practiced by all.

5.  Thankful for the gift of yet another day.

Lazy and aware

  • All this wonderful apps appearing – devices towards loving the inner state’s superiour to whatever is happening. ” Mind fit” i have not tried it, but it is all about appreciating what we are, have a can do today
  • I feel softer and lighter on this beautiful spring day…by “I do my best and something bigger does the rest” :0)

Wide awake

It’s early still but I’m wide awake so as Bing(Crosby) says “When I’m tired and I can’t sleep I count my blessings instead of sheep And I’ll fall asleep counting my blessings” Probably by the time I finish this it will be time to get moving but how delightful to crawl back into bed sounds.

For these things I am truly grateful.
