I’m so thankful for/that
1) silly little girls who make me laugh
2) the comfort of our warm home
3) my legs that allow me to walk & run & dance & skip and twirl
4) kind, open, loving people
5) family time (even if it is often a little chaotic), how I love these people
6) exercise…I feel so much better when I move my body
7) some structure in my days. I really don’t function very well without some
8) this feeling I have of being grounded–this is not something I’ve always felt and I’m
grateful for it
9) people who share their gifts with the world
10) yoga…even though I don’t make the time for it as much as I’d like to, I so value it and all it does for my body
11) self-acceptance, this is something I’m feeling more & more and it feels like a big, deep, relieving breath
Well said! I love my yoga class and have a wonderful, loving instructor. She continually reminds us to “stay in the moment, breathe, and go to our edge.” One special comment she made was “just relax and let go” when working on someone or something you may be having a difficult time with. I tried it today and it really does work. (an excel file I have been struggling with).
fondly, Rose
