1. An understanding doctor who completely listened and didn’t preach
2. An optimistic diagnosis (no official one yet though until he reviews the x-rays)
3. Constantly learning from someone more honest, present, wise and open than I am
4. Honoring my feelings about events and then gently letting them pass on (I used to think if I was angry one second, I should stay angry, and would work myself up into it- now I notice and honor it, and let it go more often.)
5. Surprising myself with strength
6. Not letting others push too far
7. Still in amazement at my husband, who is diligently re-creating the bathroom into a masterpiece
8. The way we all (every one of us, on earth) just work together so well. There’s what I know and what you know and what she knows and we all get it taken care of. That’s amazing to me!
9. Mark Sisson’s book, The Primal Blueprint: Reprogram your genes for effortless weight loss, vibrant health, and boundless energy. All I can say is WOW.
10. “If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants.” -Isaac Newton
Hope you’re OK. Strength is bottomless if you replenish.
Sit back and breathe and be amazed as I am by how lfted up you feel when you’re in a ntework of friends.
