AHA!

Very Grateful for~

God, the Great Storyteller
AHA!:  the distinction between believing the story and following The Storyteller

Justin’s improvement—his first words to mom were “thank you”!

Above all, don’t lie to yourself. The man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point that he cannot distinguish the truth within him, or around him, and so loses all respect for himself and for others. And having no respect he ceases to love. ~Fyodor Dostoyevsky, The Brothers Karamazov

..think about it..

  • Think about it…there is someone who loves you more than anyone on the planet!…how do you respond to that?  ..   “let me count the ways”….
  • Getting up close to the sleeping giant on our road trip
  • 1930’s and ’40’s cowboy movies…an escape from reality :)
  • Farmers Market opening for the season
  • Looking for mangoes
  • Rain’s own fresh fragrance in the air
  • The grinning and bubbly grocery checker who was spreading good will to everyone
  • Trying out the eye chart as we passed the optometrist center
  • GPa devouring reams of material on his Sony Reader
  • A ceramic message that my cousin sent me…she said she thought of me when she saw it…she’s so sweet…  “Cousins are connected heart to heart..Distance and time can’t keep them apart.”

Heaven is in the affirmation

Growing into the affirmation that it is ok to question and perhaps say “no, thank you”

Heaven is both present and future. ~Sarah Young

You must have needed help, he said to me.  I told him there are no accidents.  It was good to find we were both well.
