Surrender

  1. Yoga. I’m continually amazed at how amazing it makes me feel. 
  2. Taking things slowly and not pushing- even when I really want something
  3. surrendering that want, sometimes
  4. awareness that it’s even there (was so blind in so many ways before)
  5. Not drumming up excitement for a “maybe”
  6. Breathing
  7. Posture
  8. Hearing the news about all my fam- love keeping in touch
  9. Knowing everything will turn out perfectly
  10. Like this moment
