A Solid 10 | We Love Gratitude : Be Grateful

What an amazing day! I woke up wayy too early with my little one at 4am, but decided to roll with it and be grateful anyway
After she went back to sleep, I had time to write a post and send it out and get some online chores done, which felt so good
Later, we got the stroller to go for a walk and found a tiny (1 inch) green frog perched on top! So cute!
When my daughter and I checked the mail we found two beautifully gift wrapped books in our big, country mail box- Bruno Munari’s Zoo and A Garden Of Ordinary Miracles by Robert R. Zakanitch
With a little note for each from Garrett!! He sent them out of the blue, for Ava to enjoy (though mommy is enjoying them the most right now)
I admit to spending a bit too much time this afternoon with “Garden of Ordinary Miracles” in my lap, drinking in the beauty of each page. Oops, was that for me or my daughter? :)
Tonight, she helped me pick up her toys and put them away (!)
and then, unprovoked, she took her clothes from the clean clothes basket and put them in her dresser!
And now, I’m sitting in the quiet, drinking in the beauty of a hot summer night
