Dissolving

  1. Dissolving fear of someone by realizing I was projecting my own fears and control onto them
  2. A big, but soft, breakthrough this evening that wouldn’t have come if I weren’t still pregnant
  3. Staying passionately, stubbornly in the present, like reining in a stallion (the mind) who’s been allowed to roam free his whole life (here boy. Back here. Right here)
  4. Finding the gratitude in so much when a couple of hours ago I was a negative, controlling mess
  5. The sharp contrast, especially so quickly, is like a balm to my heart- yes, I choose this, the softer way. Thank you for showing me the difference.
  6. Sending love and compassion to someone I’d only had fear and aversion toward.
  7. Forgiving myself for not doing it sooner and not wallowig in the past or self-blame
  8. Watching what IS instead of telling stories about what might happen or could happen or blah blah blah…
  9. Trusting my intuition instead of the need for control (wow)
  10. This. Thank you so much for this.
  11. Just as I went to hit Publish, I heard a couple of raccoons started going crazy in the woods. What a fun thing to catch:)
