1.  Happy that Friday has arrived and it has been a peaceful day

2.  Sunshine to help warm the frigid temperatures

3.  Feeling positive and thankful for each fellow “gratitude” post that contributes to happiness

4.  Enjoyed a sweet halo orange.  I don’t remember this type of orange in the past but it was so tasty.

5.  appreciative that the trash collectors pick up on cold days like today

6.  Thankful for Al at the gym who is kind to everyone; he knows each members’ name which is amazing
