1. Making a commitment to eating healthier and sticking to it.
2. Walking in the morning at the mall. People are finally nodding at me.
3. Homemade smoothies. The possibilities are endless.
4. Pass at the Nat. What a wonderful fitness center just a few blocks from my house.
5. The group of women who are supporting me in my long journey to fitness. I have never met some of them but they are quick with consolation or motivation.
6. I’m roasting a turkey tonight. Will think of creative better side dishes. No one gets stuffed especially the turkey.
7. My daughter watching her weight too, Misery loves company.
8. Amazing grocery stores that have produce year round.
9. Peppers green,red and yellow.
10. I’m on a mission to be someone I’m supposed to be.
