Today I am grateful for being upright, breathing, walking and talking. I am also grateful to be sober and nicotine free!!!

Hi Karen,
I remember those phases of grief and the day the cloud lifted. Have you tried journaling – stream of consciousness writing – putting your thoughts on paper ( not worrying about punctuation, spelling etc.) ?
It helped me release and work through the waves of emotion, fear and doubt that I fell after my loss.

Better and better, Barry
Hi Karen. Celebrate one day at a time and be proud of your accomplishments. It takes a strong person to do what you are doing.
