Sun May 29: Progress at work, good meals, stretching and exercise, helpful info from internet and books, opportunity to go to bed early.
Mon May 30: Good pilates class, helpful shopping trip, progress at work, stretching, opportunity to go to bed early.
Tues May 31: Made it to first appointment on time, much progress at work, help from co-workers, good meals, good physical therapy appointment, productive shopping trip, opportunity to prepare some food to be baked in the morning (too hot now).
Weds June 1: Made it early to meeting, progress at work, pleasant conversation with co-workers, good meals.
Thurs June 2: Early to appointment, very productive day at work, good conversation with boss, help from co-workers, good meals, bed early.
Fri June 3: Early to appointment, much help from co-workers, good physical therapy session, good meals, enjoyed air conditioning .
Sat June 4: Good pilates class and productive shopping. Helpful communications with boss, good meals, dietary guidance.
