Grateful for being able to attend my son’s best friend’s wedding reception last night. It was a late night, but it was so worth it! My son’s friend since 5 years of age.
Grateful for Tylenol as my knee was hurting last night, more from sitting than being up and about.
Grateful for a cooler day but beautiful regardless.

Grateful to be sober. For a split second, I thought it would be nice to have a beer or champagne last night but I am sure I would not have stopped. I worked hard for 36 years of sobriety and not throwing it away.

Grateful for my son for bringing me to the wedding reception and for checking on me once in awhile as I was at a table with people I had never met before. He was the best man so he had his duties

Hurray! You remembered that just one drink can start it. Sometimes I want a cigarette so bad but one and I’m done. Been giving in a little on my foods. Need to get back to it. I would not want to gain. Sounds like a lovely evening.
