Nice

  • Enjoying reading my Bible, A.A. Big Book, Our Daily Bread and other prayer books I have.
  • God woke me up today, can it get any better?
  • My son and my pets.
  • Being able to watch a Vikings game last night with my son in the comfort of our living room.
  • The temps are getting cooler but I have yet to turn my furnace on.  Grateful for comfy hoodies and socks.
  • The mixes of weather.  Sun, cloudy, rain, hail and back to sunny yesterday afternoon.  You get a nice mix in the Northland.
  • Being able to sleep in a little more this morning and not feeling guilty about it.
  • Remaining sober and nicotine free another day.
  • Going back to an alcoholism recovery chat room I had not been to in awhile and recognizing some people still there.  It works if you work it!
  • Having the house to myself most of the day.  Love my son but sometimes some alone time is good.  He feels the same way when I am gone.
  • Life.  It can be pretty darned wonderful
