  • I had a wonderful time at Via De Cristo last weekend.  Lots of good people, prayer, songs, testimonies, scripture, food and just the feel of the Holy Spirit.  No internet of phone and I survived!
  • I have a headache but I have the day off and some Tylenol.  Glad I don’t have to work.  It will get better.
  • My son taking care of the pets and the house while I was gone.
  • God in my life and feeling closer.
  • All the wonderful people I met at Via De Cristo.  I knew two people besides my sponsor so I was not alone.
  • It is snowing!  Not crazy about it this early but it does look pretty.
  • My brother ended up in the hospital with pancreatitis.  Not as bad as last time but still needs to be taken care of.  They were going to take his gallbladder but now are holding off.  Grateful my brother has patience.  Grateful God watches over him.
  • My storm door got messed up the night before I was to leave down.  Grateful I have two other doors that lead into my house.
  • Took communion three times over my Via De Cristo weekend.  Grateful they had juice and and not just wine.
  • Grateful to be sober and nicotine free another day.
  • Grateful for unconditional love.  It really is out there.
  • Grateful to just be alive.  Thank you Lord.

  1. I thought about you at Via de Christo. I imagine you are still flying high. Sounds wonderful. I hope your brother continues to improve,
