  1. Need some music recommendations. I’m prescribing music everyday. Don’t listen bto much classical.

    1. Suggest you listen to music that you enjoy. Even if it is popular music or popular songs If you enjoy it, that’s what counts. My musical tastes are varied and extensive; depends upon both my mood and if I want the music to be a soft background sound or a loud sing-a-long experience. Happy listening!

    2. Hi MaryEllen, if you want a more structured approach to your musical adventure, consider getting a copy of the book “The Healing Energies of Music” by Hal A. Lingerman, which has lists of musical pieces (mostly classical, some popular music) which you can then find on you tube and listen to. In the book you can find musical selections to uplift your mood or energize you, calm you down, or promote a contemplative state.
      Best, R

  2. So I am curious, what did you cook? I saw you had some cooking projects. I also love a variety of music. I love my Contemporary Christian, Christian Rock, Rock, Country, Motown, Pop, some Jazz, Disco, Folk Rock, Acoustic variation, etc. I have listened to some music for sleeping also. You can find so much on Youtube and also I find stuff on my Spotify.
