Went off a med that was causing too many side effects. Now I have to be diligent in diet and exercise. Thankful for Summer fruits and veggies.

Water exercise. She introduced yoga and stretching. Very relaxing. So I told her. She was so happy.

Supposed to go to work I guess. Woman said she would be away. At one time I would have agonized and inconvenienced myself but her fault. Nice to feel so confident.
