I laughed at Church and realized it was the first laugh in weeks. My soul sailed and I felt buoyant.

I handled a problem with tact and peaceful solutions and thought not everyone could do this.

Appreciating my appetite but restraining myself. Grateful to be eating better.

Accepting a change in my life. My biggest hurdle is changes yet I’m faced with it again.

Trust in the Lord and think positive.
