I pictured a map of the US and push pins where people are thinking of me.Montana, Washington , Arizona, Nevada,Texas, California,Minnesota,Wisconsin, New York, South Carolina, Georgia, Washington D.C, Florida and even London, England. Virtual hugs across the nation.
I think of each person I’m grateful for in my local life and I am uplifted. Everyone adds to my life. A piece of my puzzle. The cast of characters supporting an uncertain plot,( Becca Spencer)
The fears and joys we have in common . “One nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all.” It sounds like a mission statement. God bless America! Let it be!
All across the USA it was an unusual Thanksgiving Day. Most of us found new ways to celebrate Thanksgiving. Fewer people-more reaching out! Quieter day with intensity.
In my mind I can go walk the seashore or look down from a mountain. I’m appreciative of the power of my imagination.
