Gratitude journal
Grateful for yesterday.
Grateful for my delicious cheat meal, which wasn’t that much different from my regular meal.
Grateful for committing to do some hard work during the last two months, because, it confirms that hard work really pays off, and this is a great mindset.
Grateful for humor in my day, and in my life . Grateful for humor in real conversations between me and coworkers. Grateful for humor with friends over phone. Grateful for humor with my parents. Grateful for humor in chats with friends, which, when happens spontaneously and from the heart I.e not just putting emoticons, has a marvelous effect in boosting my mood, making me laugh or smile just like that . Grateful for the sense of humor I share with my grandfather when we met at the weekends, because he has this unique, old, yet amazingly charming, and sense of humor, and communicating by that way is an amazing, blesseful thing to happen.
Grateful for humor with strangers, like funny comments with the cashier, or bus driver. Also, daily life encounters, like funny comments from strangers, that you hear and makes you laugh or smile.
Grateful for humor on TV series, and the creativity it has been baked with.
Grateful for my dad’s sense of humor, he makes me laugh by how simple he is, even some times I anticipate the joke, but wanna hear it from him so we laugh together , this is a remarkable sensation, to be comfortable taking with someone. Grateful for him being a good listener as well, means he inot judgmental, and he knows that there things I can only learn through doing , so he is not a teacher that teaches by adding more , but by listening to more..
