Gratitude journal
Grateful for my friends Albinoni, Mozart, Bach, who were there for me this morning. Telling me about the beautiful places they went to, things they encountered. Bach is a great story teller, his dramatic pauses and the depth in his voice makes you just listen and wonder.
Grateful for healthy fats . Grateful for almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate and how a small amount of them can nourish my appetite, and cease my hunger instantly .
Grateful for being surrounded with happy feelings.
Happy music.
Happy workouts, that includes happy and fun body movements.
Happy present moments, that includes training my mind to be aware of here and now.
Happy memories, that includes practicing gratitude and acceptance for the past experiences. It also means that I am learning to appreciate how others has an effect in my life course, how dealing with situations is effective. Lastly, it gives me an opportunity to grow in a personal scale, spiritually socially through acknowledging that we all have our flaws, and by accepting ours and others’s and confront, work on, struggle, persevere, fail, succeed we only get this chance to know ourselves.
Happy wishes, hopes, future moments. Grateful for the daily grind that makes everything thing possible!. The effort of today that pays off at some point . Grateful for the faith, maturity I gain and experience through the process of deep work.
