Gratitude journal
Grateful for initiating the process of forgiving myself, and setting myself free.
– Forgiving myself for being unaware, lazy, egoistic, condescending, and start living in the realm of love, compassion and letting go.
– Forgiving myself for time wasted and start working in what I have now.
– Forgiving others who took advantage of my time, and understand that they also had been unaware of their worth.
# I support myself.
Grateful for the things that nourishes my inner being along the day.
– Grateful for listening the birds songs beside my window first thing in the morning.
– Grateful for having a the privilege to listen in a daily basis to classical music.
– Grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow in wisdom. Grateful for the opportunity to be mistaken in some things , but still alive still learning, still believing, still motivated to continue.
– Grateful for my parent’s, grandparents ‘s voice in the phone, their interactions in real life, their simple acts of kindness. Sometimesall of this or some of it come into my mind during the day and I smile within myself.
