Pause

Pause. Breathe . Take a minute to absorb your space.

Grateful for what I see,feel and hear. I let it fill me.

In the pause I sense security and safety. I am filled. I breathe out serenity.

Throughout the day as I am  in different places I will pause, look around and inhale my surroundings and exhale gratitude.

Be aware. Pause.Breathe.
