Gratitude journal
Today I learned to think of how the one who annoys me might be feeling.
Grateful for having happy and nice days to look forward to.
+ Next saturday i will be attending a musical concert with one of my best friends.
Grateful for having the power to finish my workout perfectly, even though I was exhausted.
+ Grateful for having quiet and sound sleep.
Grateful for having fun moments during my workout, sometimes with the coach, sometimes with people I first talk to.
+ Grateful for lovely mates I met at the new gym. Grateful for sharing one laugh or two with them everyday.
Grateful having food to eat, a nutrituous food. Grateful for having water to drink, clean water. Grateful fir having a bed to sleep on, a comfortable bed.
Grateful for having an air conditioner at my room.
Grateful for having a refrigerator, an oven, a kitchen. Grateful for having a washing machine, a bathroom.
Grateful for having a wonderful, loving family.
+ Grateful for my dad’s passionate, relentless efforts to build up his, our core values.
Do you work out everyday? I have gotten to be friends with those I exercise with.
Yes, seems like an antidote to me :)).. Me too , it is a great place to meeet up with people with unusual mindsets, unusual stories about themselves
