1. Spending time with friends working alongside each other. There is no greater way to get to know someone!
2. Really feeling appreciated
3. Conversation that flows
4. Working through bittersweet emotions without getting attached to them
5. An unexpected gift of dark chocolate!
6. Feeling tired & sore after a long day’s work
7. Appreciating the cool rain
8. Being present while old memories came up today- things that used to trigger stress and anxiety I was able to observe and recognize and let go of. Well, mostly.
9. Being with people who make it a point to be pleasant even when it’s raining and we’re all tired (wow- I can’t believe how amazing this is!)
