I turned the page of the calendar

There is something promising about a blank array of days

Playfully I make resolutions to change things, Things change with and without me

Then the news that for one his struggle is over and my friend is now alone. No more pain!

I feel the universe shudder and know that his loss will be felt.

Seeing pictures of my grandson on first and last day of school makes me sad

The process that turns a baby to a boy

Life-Living-Growing-Healing

Reading Crystal’s post and realizing the depth. I would like to dwell in sadness but I need invigorating joy. So I will look through the eyes of joy and mend.
