Replacing fear with trust. Believe that things will be OK.
A speaker from Battered Women’s presented amazing statistics on those who live in fear. Grateful I am safe and loved.
Some shared the experiences of being victims. I look at them through new eyes.
A fight with Hubby. Sleeping in the other bedroom.I needed to sort out my thoughts.
Being scolded by my daughter and told I’m being childish. She was right.
A conversation. Emotions shared. Facts and opinions. Caring and sharing.
And behind door #2, a brand new car. Not free but we can swing it.
Tomorrow we will pick a color and sign the paper. I’m scared but I’m grateful that this week brought us closer together.
It is amazing how a week started out with arguing and frustration can turn itself around in the end. I think replacing fear with trust can be awesome. Congrats on the car again.
I really enjoy your posts and your insight and honesty.
