Sun came up and I am ready to seize the day.

Busy day with work, meeting and choir. Whine, women and song! (Thank goodness for the guys in the choir)

As we watched AGT last night  and realized we didn’t  care who won . I realized how much time we had wasted. Spend my Fall more wisely.

We are committed to the Women’s retreat as it has been published. I picture how wonderful it will be.

Having been eating gluten free. Last night I didn’t. Think I should. Good information to have.

Spread sunshine all over the place. I do not need to beam brightly but provide a light that I can follow too.
