The day after

What have I learned? No experience is wasted if you can learn from it.

Empathy leaves me scattered today.

I did not turn to alcohol, nicotine or sugar though I wanted to.

Her rock bottom is a new start. Hopefully the phoenix will rise.

The warning to organize myself and change my ways. I will never be a minimalist but too much stuff.

Turning to music. Trusting in friends. Wellness toolbox.

Trusting my ability to make this a learning and growing experience.

The soothing motion of making soup. The enjoyment of savoring that soup later. Later.
