What to do when you’re feeling blue

I am blue but it will pass. So think of tomorrow when the sun will shine.

Who loves you? You do. Secret sister yourself all day.(Aw you shouldn’t have!)

Call a friend and have a chat. Perhaps a meet up at least a shared laugh.

A text from a friend last night helped me get perspective. I have overcome worse and I am strong.

Mentally list all that is bright and beautiful in your travels today. Be childlike.

Find a book you love and let it transport you.

Wear a nice outfit and look your best.

A tincture of time. Rainbows ahead.
