Gratitude journal

🗯️ Seeing beautiful landscape and buildings nearly every day, because it is the project I am working on, gives me a great deal of joy, awe.



🗯️Working out nearly 5 times per week helps regulate my mood, make me use my after work time efficiently, and helps me grow stronger.


🗯️ Listening to classical music takes me beyond things, beyond emotions, beyond my expectations, beyond my understanding.


🗯️ Preparing my food, cleaning kitchen, cleaning my room, working hard, all the thing that exhaust me physically, but makes my mind clearer!

🗯️ Self love journal

⬆️ If my body could talk, it would say I am grateful for being in this world at this time where the science of nutrition has developed, so that I can be fit and healthy.
