Grateful for a rainy day instead of the scorching one they predicted. The flowers wilt but revive.I revive too. I watch the rain and listen to it.

Grateful for friends new and old they are indeed silver and gold. You all decorate my life.

A short walk yields hibiscus. moonflowers, rabbit, swallows and bats. Bless the things I can see within sight of my house.Looking back it looks like home.

I never noticed the red flowers on the far side of neighbor’s driveway. There yard looks nice.

A banana popsicle  when your throat is sore. The delight in feeling better. Amazing body that can reset itself.

A BLT for breakfast. Cereal for lunch. Supper at 8 o’clock. Grateful for the choices.Variety.
