Going To The Fair

Free passes to the fair. (It was part of my teen years so I wanted to go!)

Hubby accompanying me!

Drop off area for him. He remembered his cane!

I found a close spot. I remembered my hat and sunblock!

The midway was beastly hot but the benches were plentiful.

Fairs smells of fair foods. Animal smells like being in the country. People watching!

Rabbits and more rabbits. Goats, chickens, cows. I suspicion there were pigs.

Admiration for 4H and what it stands for.

Watching the rides and laughing at people attempting the mechanical bull.

Who would buy Chinese food at a fair?

The inexpressible quenching of bottles of ice cold water. Only $1!

Something different to do and as I told Hubby I was a cheap date!
