I believe in ‘never too late’

1. A dear friend who especially loves Martin Luther King, Jr.

2. Those people that echo in your heart even during the in-between years when you aren’t talking to each other

3. Memories of walking and jogging and skipping arm-in-arm through nature smoke and spider webs and manzanita trees, singing and crying and laughing together

4. Doing your best to gobble like a turkey

5. Weekly journaling workshops with ‘boohoo’s and ‘woohoo’s and ‘aha’s all enclosed in a yurt

6. Bartering for bodywork, experiencing a new modality for the first time

7. Voicework, breathwork, soulwork, heartwork, energywork, letting it work

8. Admitting when you’ve behaved selfishly

9. Understanding in a new way

10. Realizing the reasons
