Big Steps

  1. Butterflies in my stomach
  2. Visualizing good weather
  3. Tying up loose ends
  4. Doing something on a scale I’ve never touched before
  5. Putting one foot in front of the other
  6. Shamelessly promoting
  7. Listening to my intuition
  8. Doing yoga and stretching my body out when my pattern is to curl up in the fetal position and feel afraid
  9. Marching boldly, even dancing forward
  10. This, even this scary stuff
