Grateful for my loving family
A day with Cathy…she makes me feel alive!
Made in Montana Show…about 200 booths…interesting crafts from so many imaginations…
We waited in line for 45 min., outside the building (thank goodness it was about 35 degrees and sunny)…fire codes only allowed certain number……then were inside for several hours…
10,000 people were expected which is unusual for MT….we felt like we were in “the big city” LOL….we were blessed to be able to park near the entrance.
Lunch at Benny’s Bistro…jazz music…Madeline cookies with chef’s recipe from France, yummy!
Welcome call from my beloved Granddaughter….another alive feeling!
David in town for several days checking on his new home progress…hooray!
GPa remembered to set the clocks ahead :)

Harry

Harry is our 88 yr. old neighbor, kind, nice, tall Norwegian…
…keeps his lawn and yard so neat
An avid Vikings NFL fan and the only person who was allowed by GPa (an avid GBPackers fan) to come into our home wearing his Vikings jacket LOL :)
Would come here and ask what day it was about 4 times a day and would I write it down for him
Helped Harry with his bill paying, bookkeeping, grocery shopping
Realized he has progressive dementia
His family came to help and the VA also helped
Remembering with a smile the huge hug we exchanged when he was last home, when he recognized me…mornings are a good time for him :)
He is in a very nice nursing home now….we will be visiting him (mornings:)
Thankful for our abundant Blessings of good people in our lives.

Told one young man that it didn’t matter what he selected, she will love it because it came from him

Puppy’s name is “Cosette” after Amanda’s acting character in Les Miserables

Progress on D/D’s new home….3 walls are up now, garage/shop about finished…lovin’ the lake view

Grateful for our mail carriers who delivered packages today!
Words I did not want to hear from GPa this morning…”Our furnace is not working!” And more words from GPa I was so thankful for while I was on the phone with the furnace repairman (who said they were booked 7 hrs.) “The furnace is on…it’s working!!!!!!!” Absolutely Praise God!!
Thankful for a warm home and everything we need for comfort.

Yesterday was a snow free day and sunshine so ran a multitude of errands…
…snow packed roads but well sanded
