  1. A friend and I were talking about “leap and the net will appear” and I started laughing…. a net? What net? We live in the WILD… there are no NETS HERE…. Just leap… forget the net, leap again from wherever you land… and leap some more!

Heart Cracked Open

Gratitude
  1. My heart is cracked open with joy and love and sadness. What an incredible life.
  2. My wildest dreams are coming true- and I’m still me (weird)
  3. Peonies sit on the table, and I envelop myself in them every few minutes
  4. A friend has a devastating loss with her family member- hardened heart. It has plunged me into depths of empathy for her
  5. I opened the window, checked the thing, and my heart cracked open with happiness and awe
  6. We really are creating exactly what we want. We really, really are!
