Paul Revere?

  • Fun with Cathy and friends at the Good Samaritan Fundraiser & Style Show :)
  • Watching a huge, huge Air Force plane flying low and on its way…
  • …and thinking about the awesome miracle of flight…
  • …while at the same time seeing a horse and rider on the road.
  • Phil (our great “Paul Revere” neighbor…..who was not the rider on that horse :) calling to warn us that our deck would be slippery from the rain/freezing overnight…
  • …he knew first hand since he went flying headoverheals on his deck…
  • …we are grateful he was not injured
  • GPa had salted our deck and steps.
  • Purging one of my file cabinet drawers…whew, what a relief to have it finished.
  • Made chocolate chip cookies for GPa…he’s happy :)

  • Cloudless clear blue sky on my morning walk today
  • Frost on all the pumpkins
  • The brownish/orangey bush with the pretty tiny yellow flowers at the tip

  • …in entry closet…great feeling :)
  • Vacuum…change furnace filters :)
  • Purge and clean several cupboards :)
  • Average commute to work for people in Helena is 10.8 minutes…does that even qualify as a “commute” ? :)

The region, named Last Chance Gulch, grew almost overnight…produced an estimated (in today’s $) $3.6 billion in gold over a 20-yr. period.  Main Street is still called Last Chance Gulch :)
