While getting ready for a fishing trip, GPa found our ggdaughter’s teething ring!.. wrapped and covered neatly in a large cooler with our camping gear… …we all searched and searched for it last year…so nice to have the lost found :) A perfect thisiswhyweliveinMontanaBig SkyCountry day! Becky and Mike who camped for several days, very caring and kind people GPa stream fishing…in all his glory :)! We’ll have fresh brook trout for dinner tonight…yum! Elkhorn mountains Bonnie, who has 5 shihtzus :) Cookie playing with Chinook, an Australian Shepherd Norine and Walt who are taking a cruise to Alaska this week…fun!
4th of July celebration at the lake house nearly 100 family and friends inaugurating the new outdoor “kitchen” with a huge stone fireplace and fabulous grill and area omg…so much wonderful food! gorgeous grounds with lawn, rock paths, flowers, shade trees and at the lake shore play areas with croquet, badminton, bocce… …and boating, water skiing, jetski, catamaran…you name it, it was probably there :) Deedee rescuing a stranded jetskier pink shoulders and noses from the sunshine :) an extraordinarily organized celebration for everyone of all ages to enjoy! To top it all off…the spectacular fireworks after dark!
Saw a mama deer and her beautiful fawn this morning…so precious! Our really nice Veterans Admin. facility that we have here Reconstruction of the entrance to the outpatient area…someone had driven a vehicle over the curbing and right thru the main door :( Good news of a low vision clinic..GPa will be able to read the fine print Listening to veterans who have positive attitudes about their health challenges The heat and humidity at 7:30 this morning… …realizing how we are not acclimated to the humidity that (rarely) comes with our heat…grateful for a/c! Being able to use the computer again…especially for WeLoveGratitude! Neighbor’s cat jumping over the fence, having fun romping, so fluffy and cute :) Unexpected meeting with someone I hadn’t seen in many years.. Pleasant visits, catching up GPa’s right wrist injury (he’s okay)… …discussing how we are grateful to be able to do simple and basic tasks Libraries…I love them and always have :) Dictionaries…used to “read” them :) Maps…Love maps and geography :) Okay…GPa is out with the dusty westerns and in with the miracles of the solar system, universe, through the wormhole!

Last Monday we took our computer to the guru hospital
It was moving very very slow….v e r y v e r y
We’d usually have it back no more than a day
Wed. we went to visit it and it was still cranking away
Guru had it running continuously on their diagnostic equipment
We just got the computer back today!!!!!
And….we have a New Computer on order!!!! :):)
While the computer was gone, GPa had so many old western movies on tv…
…that I told him I was getting dusty from all those trail rides :)

Even more convincing is Garrett’s link of Henrik’s great summer advice! Thanks Garrett :) Grabbed the fishing poles and lawn chairs and joined friends at the lake!! Hearing Phil’s stories about his escapades in his home State of Maine…fun! Charlie, his pet rabbit, loves coffee and toast :) “Snipe” hunting….if you’ve ever done it, you’ll never forget :) Sapphire mines in the hills across the lake .
