lost…and found…oh my!

  • This holiday weekend we have winter storm warnings…rain for us and snow in the high mountain country.
  • Sleeping Giant has white fluffy cloud cover today.
  • Big Sky ski runs having their spring cleaning..one great find was a $20,000. Rolex!…it was returned to the owner {$1,000. reward} :)
  • Another eye injection for Gpa..it helps!…
  • …visiting with a nice man who is 90 yrs. old (western shirt, bolo tie, boots) whose dad lived to be 107!…
  • …the absolutely wonderful lady who went above and beyond to help us with paperwork!
  • The fun eye chart at the end of a long hall that said, for the first few lines:  e  at  can  dyli  vefo  rsuga  rfalli  ngfo  rjuicy…….and then the letters were too tiny to read :):)
  • The hair salon where the gals were energetic, the music was playing, and everyone was smiling…fun!
  • Saw 3 gals riding their horses
  • Buying a new coffee pot…deciding that manufacturers should have chocolate colored ones :)

$2.50..whatta deal :)

  • Yard sales and items with which we might want to establish a relationship…
  • …GPa’s nearly new VCR player for $2.50..lady who owned it upgraded to a blu-ray…
  • …Thomas Kinkade puzzles; a great coffee table that I would have scooped up if I’d had a need for it.
  • Alpine Animal Clinic/Hospital…Vets who love Pepper as if she was their own…
  • …Pepper well again and came home to all clean toys and new tennis balls..Vets said we were “good parents” :)
  • Belle’s artwork on her lists…so lovely, and fun!
  • The organic baby rattle for Ava from Garrett…adorable!
  • Very grateful for all of the wonderful lists by everyone in our WLG community….they make my day!!  Thank you!!
  • Amanda auditioning for a national commercial..you go girl!

  • A few recent tales from the yellow school bus:  Bus driver to boy “Where’s your sister this morning?”  Boy’s reply…”She got in BIG trouble!”…
  • …Brother and sister bantering back ‘n forth:  “I’m telling Mom!”…
  • …Boy whispering to bus driver..”Mary said s e x” (barely audible)…
  • …and then when some of the children are getting off the bus, there are the cheerful greetings and wagging tails of  their pet dogs! :)
  • A lovely Robin with a large orangey breast and bright yellow beak
  • Cute little green-apple-colored jeep
  • Belle’s most recent CSW…so helpful!
  • Being able to come to my sister’s rescue
  • A cold wind that freshly airs the blankets hanging outside
