.Allowing myself to take a break from liking people (Hey, sometimes it’s just one of those days and it can’t feel better to scold yourself for it on top)
.Really *crappy* days that remind me how purely awesome I have it most of the time
.Being a person who cries my anger out, rather than punching someone
.Choosing to drown my sorrows in the bathtub
.Remembering that I’m safe and loved
.Nearly collapsing with gratitude, relief (and a little surprise) over how impenetrably patient and supportive my partner has been today
.When someone is there to help you make a better decision
.Already seeing ways to prevent future yuck
.Those golden moments when, even on the ickiest day, you can’t help but laugh at something (Okay, I have to tell you… We were walking in Dick’s Sporting Goods store and I was really enjoying looking through all the neato stuff, so I call out, “I LOVE Dick’s!!” It actually took me a full minute to realize why my guy stopped in his tracks, scanned to see who was around, then turned to peer at me with his eyes popping out of his head. lol. Oops.
.Understanding that I have a right to all my feelings and discomforts, but also knowing in there that I am one insanely lucky woman. Thank you for this day!
