Grateful for scrumptious dinner meals

Grateful for quality sleep

Grateful for time with friends. Grateful for coffee shops that opens up to a late hour at night.

Grateful for movies soundtracks available online.
Grateful for this tiny blessing in my life that brings me joy.
Grateful for my parents, my aunts,my grandparents

Grateful for gym. Grateful for showing up every day. Grateful for concentrating in physical and emotional well-being. Everyday i try, i make progress.

Grateful for toothbrushes. Grateful for my dentist who was a childhood friend. Grateful for our memories together. Grateful for this field of intimacy that has never been less throughout the years that has gone by.

I am grateful for the people who have helped me find my soul purpose. I am grateful for the kindness of my father’s heart, that tought me patience and compassion. Grateful for what we have been through, me and my mother, that tought us about our illnesses, and paninted us a way to get over it. I am grateful for all the people who produced art, and culture that made me have peacful and hopeful thoughts towards myself and the world around me.

Gratitude journal

Grateful that every day there is more and more things to be grateful for.
Today i am grateful for my new tapper ware.,and hard disk drive
Grateful for tailors.
Grateful for oat flour.
Grateful for my motivating, fun workout playlist.
Grateful for getting the opportunity to talk to my friends over the phone.
Grateful for one hour spent in front of the sea yesterday, where i leave all my mundane thoughts, and just be there.

Heal

Grateful for the everlasting opportunity to heal. Physical healing. Grateful for choosing geal my eyes and brain and have a nap yesterday. Emotional healing. Grateful for the opportunity i am given to shift my perspective from negative to positive. Grateful for my friends who have experienced emotional pains through their life experiences and were keen to reflect then share what they have learned with me. Grateful for myself for the same, for being able to learn from my mistakes, most of them, yet tge journey just started. Grateful for gratitude journey, my thoughts journey, my existence journey.

 Grateful for happy thoughts that often lead to happy things.
1 – Happy thought : i will live / am livung  a life of integrity, where i have no fear of expressing myself in tge roght time to the right people
1 – Happy thing : i have fun illustrating and sharing articles and ideas i read and learn with my work colleagues.

2- Happy thought : i am improving myself, and i don’t care when i will be there, because i am already there.

2- Happy things : i try new things. I give a take to new routines. I read in new subjects. I go far beyond what my mind is expecting..

Grateful for the every day reasons to smile

Learning and teaching.

Grateful for the tough times i am going through, i know i am going to get through it wiser, and stronger tgan before.

Today i choose to stop worrying, dwelling on this small negative thoughts, instead i will focus on being a work in progress.

Today i choosed to start my day with crunches. Today I choosed to be active and present from the beginning, and i will carry on.

I am grateful for the fulfilling life i am displaying through my behaviors.

If i judge people i won’t have time to love them, so i guide  myself into living in a non judgmental environment (heart, mind, action). Sometimes it is hard, and some times it is a challenge, but practice makes possible.
