Gratitude journal

Grateful for the habits i released during the past years.
Grateful for releasing the habit of criticizing myself and inadvertently i am no longer joining the club of criticizing others.

Grateful for my close friend who told me that my face radiates beautiful kindness.

Grateful for today as an opportunity to celebrate the beautiful life i am living.

I am the process..

Gratitude journal
 Today i am grateful for focusing on what i can control and letting go of what i can’t.
– I cant control the result of my endeavors, but i can control the process. The process is mine,  i am the process.

Today i am putting down my burdens, and let my soul  rest today.

Yesterday i thought of one idea that can bring joy to my parents when it is manifisted  ,and i have  today and tomorrow to think of another one.

I am worthy of receiving unselfish love. I am grateful i can give and receive unselfish love.

Grateful for being aware of my anxiety triggers yestwrday, and directing energy to the things that matters most to me, instead of dwelling in unhelpful thoughts

Positive outcomes

Grateful for the life that i live. Grateful for the life i want. Grateful for everything  in between. Grateful for hope, grace, abundance, kindness, compassion, courage, peace, serenity.

Grateful for positive thinking for giving me the opportunity to manifest positive outcomes.

I wanna love a person who is active, initiative, persevere, simple.

I wanna love a person who reads and loves music.
I wanna love a person who have artistic views on life, on what he sees.
I wanna love a person who knows what he wants from life.

Moments

®️Moments

– Reading a funny story  to my dad.
– Talking some memorable photos with my dad and aunts.
– the joy of meeting a friend who i havee been knowing for 14 years.
– watching a funny movie with my parents, and laughing together.
– Contacting with an old friend, and receiving a message full of kindness  that grew  over the years, and springs from mutual understanding and love.

®️Grateful that i am excited about this weekend, my friends are gonna visit me and we are gonna spend the weekend together.

®️Grateful for watching quality movies.

®️Grateful for mindful eating.

MARCH 1


®️ My dad who has forgiven me for a lot of mistakes i have done in the past.

®️My daily commute to work, and the time i am given to right my journal and listen to music.

®️Treadmills. I love this way of exercising because it gives me some time to call my family on messenger and it doesn’t affect the quality of the exercise.

®️My bed room. The carpets, the wardrobe, the desk, a door with blue glass. My pillow and blanket.

®️ My endless funny conversations with no beginning and no ending with my close friends.


Discipline is the bridge..

 As i know today that discipline is the bridge between accomplishments and goals, i am grateful and proud of my discipline.

 Creative idea :

I had a video call with my parents while being on treadmill, they were so happy, and so am I.

 Today and how i want it to look like, and how i want to feel. It is a miracle to feel hopeful, and excited about a day..

Grateful for upcoming vacation and having quality time with parents and grandparents.

– like the ones that happened to one of my friends and he tells it to me by his way, and gestures.
– grateful for the way I remeber people, and hiw they remember me.

Small pieces of music.
– I am grateful for the melodies that are not that big like symphonies, but still has that evocative effect..

Weekends.
I am grateful for that time given to me every week to change the daily routine and get some rest.
