Gratitude journal
Today i am grateful for a less exhausted ,more comfortable eyes . I am grateful for a less comparing , complaining mind ,more relaxed thoughts .i am grateful for a less sore muscles ,more active body . I am grateful for the sound of music ,the poignant melodies of Rachmaninoff’s piano ,the melancholy in Bach’s passacaglia ,and the touching emotions in Bruckner’s symphonies. I will let go of my worries ,i will focus my energy in only what i can control .
I am grateful for my town . I am grateful tor the calmness i found while strolling at night ,mostly taking all the streets i used to take hundreds of times ,as if i am telling the ground ‘ hey ,i am there , I am still here ,i love the way we grow up together,i love my memories with you ,and would like to say thank you’ . I am worth it ,every single day . I value my worth .
I am grateful for the same day last year . I am grateful for the group of friends who created a gratitude group to get closer in the spirit of thankfulness. I am grateful for the time i spentbat the cinema wathing the movie Tenet with an old friend of mine .
I am thankful for finding the joy and fun in my routines ,cardio in the morning ,which i missed for nearly two weeks . i am grateful, excited to be back on track . I have the power to change my story . I am the creater of my years ,my days ,my weeks ,my months ,and i choose to create happiness and joy .
Thankful for One moment i will cherish forever .when i found out,realized that i can be responsible for my life . Grateful for the endless possibilities that moment opened for my mind .

I woke up happy , peaceful,calm .
I show up yesterday for myself,and finished my chores.
I feel grateful for my life ,for being able to open my eyes and look ,for being able to listen to music ,for being able to hold my phone .
I am excited about today .i am excited about my morning routine. I am grateful for my reflection moments. I am grateful for having time to eat throughout my day. I am grateful for the rewarding time at the gym .
I have a job . I am grateful for having an effective part on my department.I am grateful for the project manager who hired me .
I have two amazing parents . I am grateful for the fun i had with Dad yesterday talking about his hilarious daily encounters.

Grateful for today. Grateful that I have a job that pays my bills. Grateful for having a variety of cloth to wear every day. Grateful for having a phone to try and E my journals in it. Grateful for having a bag to carry all my stuff for all of the day.
Today I am grateful for the smells I sense through the day. Cinnamon in my toothpaste, and in my breakfast :)). The air refresher I use in my room that takes me back to an early time of my life. My bar of soap, which I think I am emotionally attached to because I used to use the same brand since college.
My deodorant, and perfume. The smell and taste of every meal I have.

Grateful for safety from injuries at the gym, from accidents on the road.
Grateful for waking up today and all the blessings it comes with like being alive, breathing, seeing, hearing, having all my body functions working.
Grateful for love in my life. Love for what I do, love for what I learn, love for my friends, love for my family, love of my family, love of my friends, love love love love love.. It is all love. I love the ingredients I put in my meals, I love the outfits I wear at the gym, I love the way I laugh, I love the way I live, I love the music offered to my senses every morning, not only the music I hear through my headphones, but the sound of water dropping in my body during the shower time, or that hard sound of the tooth brush cleaning my teeth. I love my smile when I wake up, I love my heavy steps, just after I wake up, making my way through the room to the toilet. I love the way I do my omlette in the last minute before I head to work. I love the way I look to myself at the mirror while wearing my shirt. I love the sound I make when I want to encourage myself to do the last heavy weighted set at the gym. I love the way I shake my head with the rap or hip hop music.

Grateful for the things I currently understand more and fear less.
Grateful for the poignant feeling of gratitude I fell
when I miss someone’s company, when I miss a place, when I miss a time,when I miss a piece of music,when I miss a book,when I miss a view, when I miss a song, when I miss a small talk with my parents,when I miss the smell of my room, when I miss a childhood memory.
Grateful for the road I am making in my village, at a time there was no road at all , but now as I walk on it, it came into existence.

Grateful for my friends who helped me find a place to rent, when I had no idea where to go or what to do. Grateful for my friends who gave, not lend, me money, when I have empty pockets. Grateful for my friends who tolerated my bad temper with patience, and compassion. Grateful for my friends who shared their interests with me, which opened my mind to newer realms. Grateful for my friends who took me to new places. Grateful for my friends who introduced me to new people.
Grateful for the best in me. My tenacity. My patience. My commitment. My hard work. My habits. My thoughts. My behavior. My health. My awareness of the value of time. My sense of gratitude. My sense of humor.

+ Grateful for woking up today. Grateful for the refreshing quick morning workout. Grateful for Samuel Barber’s Adagio. Grateful for sharing a workout with a guy at the gym, and I think we are starting a new friendship. Grateful for an amazing novel I started reading yesterday, and it totally changed my mood, and took my mind into its characters. Grateful for brilliant, creative podcasts.
+ Grateful for frozen strawberry, dark chocolate, oatmeal, and all the healthy food that is out there for me. Grateful for a couple of laughs with my Gym coach. Grateful for washing machines.
