Grateful for my long loving relationship with :
復Food. Everyday is a journal to fill with gratitude for all the food we will eat, the grocery stores, the goods it self, the harvesters, the factories, machines, industrial engineering, plates, forks, knifes, spoons, the digestion process, our bodies, our hands, our eyes, our tongues, our arms movement, our noses.
Everyday is new way of expressing my commitment to healthy living through mindful eating, dieting and deliberate exercising. Everyday is a challenge and sometimes struggle to heal from former, and current binge eating circles. Every day holds an opportunity to learn more about my triggers.
️Clothes. unhelpful beliefs I had about the importance of the impression of others on how I look. Now, it changed to another helpful ones
Everyday is a new way to celebrate how you look in those colors, how your skin contrast or match with your shirt colors, and how your shirt is in harmony with your soul. Everyday is an opportunity to remember that day I bought this one, and the money I was given to get it. Everyday is an art class where you choose to paint your self with clothes. Everyday is a celebration of the grace of existing, of our appearances. I found it meaningful to take care of my wardrobe, because this is how I celebrate life, by saying thank you, you look good to me and I wanna look good to you.
Flowers. Grateful for the creative design of them, that always captivates me. The awe started when I was a little , and dad used to take me to school through some streets where leaves blown by the calm early morning wind, this poetic scene never left me.
Now I look at flowers and smile, capture them and then wonder of how they sometimes stand tall, proud, like a breathtaking handmade tower , others feeling remorse and bending over like a ballerina in Tchaikovsky’s Swan lake final scenes.
Reading. Grateful for learning how to write and read in my early years. Grateful for my teachers, especially the one who left something in me, some of them left a great impression of how they devoted themselves to their meaningful job, and that was amazing.
Grateful for the books that used to fill my time at a certain period of my life. Grateful for pdfs and other ways that makes me read and learn, like videos or blogs.
